Booking
How do I book a simulator space?
Browse available spaces, pick a date and time slot, and pay securely through Stripe. You'll receive an instant confirmation email with the host's address and any instructions.
Can I book multiple hours?
Yes — select consecutive time slots during checkout. The total price updates automatically.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email with the full address, host instructions, and a link to manage your booking. The host is also notified immediately.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
It depends on the space. Some hosts offer club rental — check the features listed on the space page. If in doubt, bring your own.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy?
Each space has its own policy set by the host: Flexible (full refund if cancelled 12+ hours before), Moderate (full refund 24+ hours before, 50% under 24 hours), or Strict (full refund 48+ hours before, no refund after). The policy is shown on the space page before you book.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your Bookings page, find the booking, and click Cancel. Your refund (if applicable) is processed automatically to your original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed immediately through Stripe but may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Hosting
How do I list my simulator?
Sign up, go to 'List Your Space', fill in the details (photos, pricing, features, availability), and submit. Your listing goes live once approved.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. You'll need to connect a Stripe account from your Host Dashboard. Funds are transferred automatically after each completed session.
What does TeeSpace charge?
TeeSpace takes a 10% platform fee on each booking. This covers payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance. You set your own hourly rate.
Can I block out dates?
Yes — use the availability settings on your space to set weekly hours and block specific dates when you're unavailable.
Payments & Security
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. TeeSpace never stores your card details.
When is the host paid?
Hosts receive payment after the session is completed. This protects guests in case of cancellations or issues.
