  • Usage data: Pages visited, device type, browser, and IP address collected via Vercel Analytics.

  • Process bookings, payments, and refunds.
  • Send booking confirmations, reminders, and review prompts via email.
  • Improve our platform, fix issues, and develop new features.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing and host payouts.
  • Clerk: For authentication and account management.
  • Resend: For sending transactional emails.
  • Vercel: For hosting and analytics.
  • Neon: For database storage.

Each provider processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. financial records).
